Director
Gregory W. Reynolds is a Director of Dymas Capital Management Company, LLC. Mr. Reynolds joined Dymas from GE Capital where he was an Assistant Vice President in the Merchant Banking group. Prior to GE's acquisition of Heller Financial, Mr. Reynolds was in Heller Financial's Corporate Finance group, where he was responsible for originating and executing senior and subordinated financings and equity co-investments for middle market private equity sponsors. Before joining Heller in 1998, he was with Jefferies and Company as an Associate in Equity Research. Mr. Reynolds has a B.A., in Economics from the University of Wisconsin, and an M.B.A. with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.
